Salary £36,000 / F/T Fixed Term Contract

We are looking for a highly effective leader with experience of developing positive relationships with people at all levels. You must have experience in project management, setting strategy, managing budgets, working collaboratively across sectors with a range of stakeholder to develop and deliver a shared purpose in communities to reduce inequalities and increase activity levels. The successful candidate must have a strong understanding of system change and using place based / asset-based approaches to engage communities, along with experience of securing positive outcomes for the target communities or groups. You must also have experience of using community insights, evaluation and learning to inform the development of community-led programme and projects.
