Social impact for charities

Social impact is the effect on people and communities that happens as a result of an action or inaction, an activity, project, programme or policy. There is now a requirement amongst funders and commissioners that voluntary and community organisations are able to provide measurable evidence of the impact or change the activities they provide makes to communities and individuals.
