Team leadership is the management of a group of people brought together to work to achieve a common goal. In order to get everyone to work as one functioning team, the leader must motivate and support their fellow team members.
In this workshop, we will look at:
- Leadership and team management models, team dynamics, and motivation techniques
- Goal setting for team and individual and monitoring progress
We will also look at some techniques, tools, and behaviours which will help with:
- Supporting team members
- Giving quality feedback mechanisms and using emotional intelligence
- Building good relationships and trust in your team
This workshop is aimed at Team leaders or Supervisors with operational/project responsibilities or responsibility for managing a team to deliver clearly defined outcomes.
