EnFold had not previously advertised for volunteers for Admin Support roles, so promoting them on the CAN website was a new activity for us. The website was very simple to use and we listed all our roles, interested to see what response we attracted. Very quickly, we received contact details for two responders and were able to contact them to have a call about what they were looking for. Following completion of our onboarding process, including induction and matching to a role, one volunteer has supported us for an event and the other will shortly be joining us to support with our database management, which was their favoured role. We are really pleased with the response and quality and match of candidates to our roles and look forward to working with them further.
