After training, approximately 15 hours office based (Moulton Park) with the remainder working from home or visiting within Northamptonshire.

Role Purpose The Fundraising & Communications Officer will play a pivotal role in helping the organisation grow its income and raise its profile. This role combines hands on fundraising with creative, effective communication. As a small organisation, we’re looking for someone who is proactive, adaptable, and able to work confidently across multiple projects.
