The Doddridge Centre is driven by its mission to uplift the community in and around St. James by empowering the members of the community to build up resilience. Behind the scenes of every organisation, but particularly a small charity, is a group of people who oversee its direction, compliance to ensure we are delivering on our charitable articles,  the public benefit – these are our Trustees.

We also have a fantastic management team at Doddridge Centre and they have been building this charity over the last few years into a dynamic organisation that has a future, with a set of goals that further strengthen our offer to the local community. We have recently updated our strategic plan that sets out our pathway to delivering our aims. We need proactive Trustees who can support our team and bring their own set of skills to augment and enhance the current Board.
