Teamwork Trust are hiring for an experienced and qualified finance professional to join their Senior Leadership Team as a Head of Finance and Systems.

As a charity, Teamwork Trust provides support to autistic adults and adults with mental health needs, learning, and physical disabilities.

The Head of Finance and Systems will provide strategic financial leadership while overseeing day-to-day financial operations, supporting informed decision-making across the organisation and enabling delivery of Teamwork Trust’s strategic objectives.

The role can be offered as full-time 37.5 hours per week, or 30 hours per week. It’ll be based at one of their three sites – in Corby, Kettering, or Wellingborough – with travel across all sites as required.

This role is office based. Hybrid working arrangements may be considered, with a minimum requirement of three days per week in the office.
