Following the digital strategy planning workshop held in June of 2026, Channel 3 Consulting are supporting the Northamptonshire ICB to develop a Digital Strategy to 2030.

As part of this work, Kyle Morton, Principal Consultant at Channel 3 Consulting, is meeting with a range of stakeholders across the system to gather views and insights that will help shape the strategy.

Kyle is particularly keen to hear from representatives of the voluntary, community and social enterprise (VCSE) sector, as well as groups that work closely with patients, service users, and local communities.

Sessions will last around 45 minutes via MS Teams and will provide an opportunity to share perspectives on:

• The role of digital in improving health and care services.
• Opportunities and challenges for communities.
• Digital inclusion and accessibility.
• Priorities for the future digital strategy.

VCFSE organisations within West Northamptonshire are encouraged to participate.

No preparation is required.
