The Integrated Care Board (ICB) have now produced their Strategic Neighbourhood Health Plan.

The Plan explains how ICBs, local authorities, Health & Wellbeing Boards and other partners should create and deliver neighbourhood health services, and this includes the VCFSE.

It defines ‘neighbourhood health’, describes the challenges services should address, establishes clear metrics for success, maps the process systems that should be followed to set local metrics, and defines the roles of ICBs, LAs, HWBBs (Health and Wellbeing Boards) and other partners in designing and implementing the model.

It establishes clear priorities for health and how that might roll out into Neighbourhoods.
