Constitutional membership

Voluntary Impact Northamptonshire prescribes to a membership constitution, facilitated through our Memorandum and Articles of Association.

Any individual or organisation can become a constitutional member free of charge, by simply emailing  info@voluntaryimpact.org.uk to request a form.

Constitutional Membership allows individuals or organisations to vote on certain directed matters at our Annual General Meeting. By completing the form, you consent to us holding your data on our Constitutional Members Database.
