As Chair of the trustees Cam is Social Enterprise Director & Community Partnerships Manager at Northamptonshire Partnership Homes (NPH), which manages council housing on behalf of West Northants Council. He’s worked in the housing sector across the Midlands for over 20 years in a variety of roles – homelessness prevention, housing management, engagement and community investment. He is the managing director of NPH’s social enterprise subsidiary, Happy To Help CIC, which provides a number of services that benefit NPH tenants and Northampton’s communities.
Damon Boughen is Vice Chair of Voluntary Impact Northampton, supporting strong governance and strategic direction across the county’s voluntary sector. He brings significant experience in fundraising, communications, and charity leadership, currently serving as Grants and Trusts Manager at Northampton Hope Centre. Damon is passionate about equity, mental health, and community-led change, and works across local and national initiatives to strengthen the impact of the VCSE sector. He holds a BA (Hons) in Business Studies and an MA in International Relations from the University of Warwick.
As treasurer of the trustees, Clive currently works as the Senior Lending Manager at Nationwide Building Society, since joining the company in 1998 as a management trainee. Within his career at Nationwide, Clive has worked in a number of roles including Assistant Manager in the Commercial Division, Auditor Senior and Lending Manager. Since 2006, Clive has been on the shadow Board of South Northants Homes and joined the Board as an Independent in 2008.
Toby has extensive experience in the voluntary sector in Northamptonshire and has worked with VIN in partnership for a number of years. Toby is aware of the changing landscape for the sector within the County and wished to join the Board at VIN to impart his considerable knowledge and wisdom.
Nicola founded Personal Strengths Coaching in 2020, supporting individuals in their self-development, understanding and applying their Personal Strengths to reach their potential. Within her 19-year career in Human Resources, she has worked in a variety of corporate roles most recently managing the Learning and Development for the Head Office Staff for Wetherspoon. Nicola joined the Board in 2023, keen to learn about the sector and use her coaching experience to build a new perspective.
Glenn Dudman is a professional with broad experience across both the public and voluntary sectors. Currently working in criminal justice, he brings a strong background in administration and operational management. Previously, he was a logistics manager in the automotive industry and is a Chartered Member of the Institute of Logistics and Transport. Glenn has also worked with mental health charities, gaining valuable insight into community support services. His career reflects a commitment to structured, people-focused work. He lives in Northants.
Emilie has managed people and projects in the public sector for many years, most recently supporting the roll-out of West Northamptonshire Council’s Local Area Partnerships. She joins VIN with recent experience managing partnerships in West Northamptonshire, bringing a strategic perspective to the challenges faced across the Integrated Care System and to the huge potential that embedded voluntary sector services could bring. Emilie lives locally with her son and campaigns wherever possible for women’s equality.
