This session will give you a greater understanding of the opportunities AI offers for your small charity or community group, alongside key considerations for using it safely and responsibly.

This session will cover:

• An introduction to AI, including the different types of AI tools available

• Discussions about where AI might help within your organisation

• A chance to have a practical go using either Copilot or ChatGPT

• An exploration of prompt writing to improve results

• How to use AI safely and responsibly

All attendees will receive a Using Artificial Intelligence (AI) policy template, which can be adapted for their organisation, along with signposting to further resources.

This training is suitable for staff and volunteers at the start of their AI journey. No previous experience of using AI is required. The course will be delivered online via Zoom.
