What is the VCFSE Engagement Group?

It’s a coming together of Voluntary, Community, Faith and Social Enterprise (VCFSE) organisations that work in West Northamptonshire. It’s open to everyone and is facilitated by SAWN (the Infrastructure Partnership of VIN, SNVB and Daventry Volunteers).

It meets every 8 weeks and is virtual. Links to the meetings are posted to this page of the VIN website and delegates should check back regularly for new dates or times. There is no governance for this group and people can join, leave or return as they wish.

Recordings of each meeting will be displayed on this page and will not be sent out directly to attendees.

FAQs

The VCFSE sector now works in a complex and challenging landscape. Local authorities are changing with new political administrations, as is the ICB and the NHS with the advent of the new long-term plan. In order to keep abreast of these changes, the VCFSE needs information.

The engagement group will provide this information through the provision of guest speaker slots from both the local authority and in health.

  • The ICB of Northamptonshire clusters with Leicestershire and Rutland
  • Commissioning for Value
  • Co-Production in Neighbourhoods
  • Placed-based Reset
  • Integrated Care in Neighbourhoods
  • Health Inequality Frameworks

If as a VCFSE worker, you no little about these issues, then join the Engagement Group to find out more.

In an ever-changing world, the VCFSE needs to show a collective voice. By attending the Engagement Group, you can add your weight to this.

For more information on this Engagement Group, please contact one of the SAWN team.
